Taking care of our customers and their pets is our number one priority, and you will never feel the frustration of not being able to reach your pet sitting company.  We understand that when planes get delayed and travel plans change we must be able to be reached by you day or night,  so that your pet’s safety and comfort are consistent when travel pans are not!! When calling us, you will have an option to either leave a message or press "0" to be transferred to the owner or a manager on call.  If we stepped away for a few minutes or on the other line, you can either leave a message on the cell phone you are being transferred to (which is checked every 10 minutes) or call our messaging center, and they will continue looking for a live person to connect you with.  When you use our services, we are here for you day or night.
